With the technical and management team of experience more than twenty years, Jinan AOBO belongs to the leading enterprises of development, design, production and supply of stainless steel precision castings in Northern of China. We are very familiar with the requirement on project management process and product quality of customers in Europe and America. It is ok to provide quotations and products samples according to original sample, products drawing and/or 3D models from customers.
As for the product materials, Jinan AOBO is mainly using AISI 316 (1.4401) which is widely used in the marine, food and medical industries. Other materials according to ASTM, DIN or special materials can also be used on demand and request of customers. As surface treatment, electropolishing brushed polishing and mirror polishing as well as machining are applicable.

1.Q: What is your MOQ?
A:260 pcs, smaller order less than 260 pcs, please discuss with us.
2.Q: Can you provide CAD drawings?
A:Yes, CAD drawings are available upon customers' requirements.
3.Q: Can you provide test reports based on customer needs?
A:Yes, we can provide material certificate, salt spray test report, waterproof test report, tensile test report,torque force test,life cycle, etc. Special requirements from customers, we can do it from professional third-party testing agency.
4.Q: What is the delivery time?
A:Hot-selling parts we have stock and the goods can be sent out within 4 days after confirm the order. If stocks are not available, we need about 30-45 days to finish new production.
5.Q: How many days does it take for a customized product sample?
A: Total 15 day. We need 10 days to finish new toolings and 5 days to finish new samples.
6.Q: Can you provide free samples to test quality?
A:Yes, we supply free samples, but you need to pay the shipment costs.
